- 3 tablespoons of coarse salt/ sugar
- 3 tablespoons of oil (can be baby oil/olive oil/coconut or other). If you don’t have oil – use a body cream
- 1-2 drops of peppermint essential oil if you have it
- A small bunch of mint leaves – spearmint or peppermint
Soak your feet in warm water for 5-10 mins. Take one foot out and massage the scrub mixture into your feet. Take your time and really give your feet a good kneading. This will feel amazing!
TIP – Wearing exfoliating gloves helps to give you a better scrub and protects your hands.
Place your foot back in the water, and scrub the other one.
Note: The trick is to soak your feet well, before scrubbing. This way your skin is super soft and you get a better result. After this your feet will feel so soft.
