Mix together into a thick paste:
- 3/4 cup sugar (white)
- 1/2 cup oil (any oil incl baby oil will work)
- Juice from 1 lemon (about 1/4 cup or whatever you can get)
Soak your legs and then massage the scrub into your skin vigorously.
Note: This works best if you can soak your legs for at least 5 mins beforehand, to soften and loosen the skin. In a bath is ideal, or stand in the shower for 5 mins before stepping out to apply the scrub.
*Be careful as the shower floor may become slippery.
Your legs will feel smooth as silk after this.
