24 Hour Notice For All Cancellations is Required

if for any reason you cannot attend your appointment, please contact the salon as soon as possible, we are trying to accommodate all of our clients and give them a time that suits them. We have a waiting list in place for each day so we would be extremely grateful to be able to offer your appointment to another client who is waiting on an appointment.

All treatments require a €20.00 deposit to secure the booking.

You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours in advance of your visit with no extra charge and will not lose your deposit. However if you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy as stated under the terms & conditions Beauty by Katrina has the right to deduct your deposit of €20.00 resulting in you losing your deposit if your fail to cancel or change your appointment giving us less than 24 hours notice before your appointment time.
